Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to have one or more packages shipped to you and to receive personalized rates when they arrive in your country. But if you are from the EU and the USA, you will not pay any Customs fees.
Delivery Time
Shipping time varies by location, However, If we are shipping for our Warehouse from Spain or the USA , The delivery time will be 2-5 days. These are our estimates:

Tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase can be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
